EVERETT is currently engaged to provide Development Management services, including:

• Assisting with a Minor Change Development Application
• Coordinating consultants and authorities
• Obtaining relevant approvals to prepare for construction
• Tendering to Head Contractors
• Managing the construction process through to completion
