Project Description: 11,600m2 distribution warehouse with office spaces and showroom
EVERETT Involvement:
– Obtaining essential approvals such as development application, authority applications and building approval
– Managing the traditional build contract structure, covering both base build and fit-out elements
– Managing the design and construction phases, ensuring close communication between the landowner/tenant.
– Co-ordinating a 15 year third party advertising lease between landowner and AOS.
