  • Obtaining a Minor Change Development Approval for the conversion of an existing church into an educational establishment for 95 students and a place of worship centre (4 stages)
  • Assisting the client with their funding applications through the Block Grant Authority
  • Tendering to a selection of contractors for Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the project
