$60.5 million project accommodating approximately 850 students.
Built on a footprint of approximately 3000sqm and covering six levels (two basement, and four above ground), the new facility provides approximately 18,000sqm of additional space for general learning areas, staff parking, and retail/commercial tenancies.
Australia Fair Metro is Complete
$15 million redevelopment to the external & internal 2-storey shopping centre, as part of ChinaTown precinct.
Refurbishment and new build works include: facade upgrades, new food court precinct, street scape design, retail shopfronts, amenities, escalators.
