Project Description: 94 units and 2 commercial tenancies
EVÉRETT Involvement:
– Tendering head contract (AS4902 constuction contract), negotiating terms and awarding contract to the successful tenderer.
– Assisting in drafting principal’s project requirements (PPR) and design brief.
Supporting the team with preparing a minor change development application and landscape operational works applications.
– Playing cruical role in pre-sales documentation, co-ordinating with the existing layered body corporate scheme and addressing embedded energy and solar considerations.
– Tendered and engaged with local artists to commission a public art space for the development.
